2. Application of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you (the Customer) from us (the Supplier).

By ordering goods from our website (www.allabouttheprint.co.uk), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Definitions

  • Consumer: An individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

  • Contract: The legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of goods.

  • Goods: The products you purchase from us, as described on our website or in other materials.

  • Order: Your request to purchase goods from us through our website.

  • Personalised or Made-to-Order Goods: Products that are custom-made or clearly personalised to your specifications (e.g., items with names, dates, or custom text).

4. Basis of Sale

  • All descriptions and images of Goods on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and positioning may vary slightly due to display settings and manufacturing differences.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (such as spellings, names, and dates) provided to us are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for errors you provide.

  • A contract between you and us is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch if:

  • Payment is not authorised;

  • There is an error in the description or pricing of the goods; or

  • We suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Price and Payment

  • The price of the goods is as stated on our website at the time of your order and includes VAT (where applicable).

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place your order.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering by debit/credit card or another method offered on our website.

6. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated time stated on the product page.

  • Delivery will be made to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Delivery is typically made within 30 days of the order date, in accordance with UK law.

  • If we cannot deliver within this time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

  • Once delivered, the goods become your responsibility.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Please ensure delivery addresses are entered accurately; we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If tracking confirms an item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. In such cases, please allow up to 30 days for a carrier claim and investigation before a replacement or refund can be issued.

We currently deliver within the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. Orders for delivery outside these areas may incur additional costs and import duties, which you are responsible for paying.

7. Personalised, Made-to-Order, and Custom Products

Please note the following important conditions:

  • Personalised, Made-to-Order, or Customised Goods (for example, items featuring names, messages, or specific design choices) cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once your order has been placed, unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

  • This exclusion is in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Non-Personalised Products – Right to Cancel

If you purchase a non-personalised product, you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You can cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@allabouttheprint.co.uk with your order details.

  • Goods must be returned to us unused, in their original condition and packaging, at your own cost, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel.

  • Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund (excluding any delivery costs) within 14 days.

If you have handled the goods beyond what would be acceptable in a retail store, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

9. Returns & Refunds

Allabouttheprint specialise in personalised, made to order and customised products. These are not eligable for return, exchange or refund.

10. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery via info@allabouttheprint.co.uk

  • We will ask for photos to assess the issue before advising a return or replacement.

  • If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Risk and Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered.

  • Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment for the goods.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

We will not be liable for any:

  • Losses not foreseeable at the time the contract was made; or

  • Business-related losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill).

13. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including postal delays, natural disasters, or strikes). If such an event occurs, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a resolution within 14 working days.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local court.

16. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
